One of the Trade Center Towers Collapses After Attack
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The top half of one of the twin towers
of the World Trade Center collapsed following the attack by two
planes on the building earlier Tuesday morning. ``The top half of the tower just collapsed,'' Reuters
reporter Kristin Roberts reported from the scene. ``It was
completely unexpected.'' Earlier Tuesday the complex in lower Manhattan was struck
by two planes in what President Bush (news - web sites) described as an attack.
